Terms of Service

By using the Careflow platform, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully.

1. Service Description

Careflow is a practice management platform for psychologists. The service is provided "as is" and may be modified or discontinued at any time with reasonable notice.

2. Your Account

You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential. You must be at least 18 years old. Only one account per user is permitted.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the platform for illegal activities, distributing malware, or gaining unauthorised access to third-party systems.

4. Clinical Data

You are responsible for the accuracy of the clinical data you enter. Under GDPR, Careflow acts as a joint controller. You must obtain patient consent as required by applicable law.

5. Subscriptions and Payments

Subscriptions are available monthly or annually. Cancellation is possible at any time; access remains active until the end of the paid period.

6. Limitation of Liability

Careflow is not liable for indirect damages or consequences arising from use of the platform. Total liability is limited to the amount paid in the last 3 months.

7. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms. You will be notified at least 30 days before changes take effect.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by Romanian and applicable European Union law.
